KUnet and University Email

The University of Copenhagen campus net is called KUnet. Through KUnet students have access to their university email account, can create group rooms and access Absalon. At this point, not all functionalities are translated into English.

Your University Email Account

When you are admitted to the University of Copenhagen, you will be assigned an e-mail account with the University. You will receive information about this in your letter of admission. We will use this e-mail address to contact you both prior to and during your stay in Copenhagen, so please make sure to check your University of Copenhagen account regularly. 

Access your Account

You access the e-mail account by logging on to KUnet using your student ID number and your pin code assigned to you by the University of Copenhagen. 

If you Forget your Pin Code

If you have forgotten pin code, you should send an e-mail to the International Office at int-admission@adm.ku.dk. We will re-send you your pin code to your private e-mail account as soon as possible. 

Retrieve your university email to Other External Email Clients

It is not possible to forward your university email to your external email client. Instead you have to set up your private email account to retrieve emails from your KU email
