FAQs about Exams
1. Do I have to register for exams?
All students must be registered for all the exams they intend to sit. It is your responsibility to make sure you register correctly. Please visit our Registration for Courses and Exams site for further informaton.
2. Who can help me register for exams?
Exam registration is managed by your department or faculty. Please contact them for further information.
3. Can The International Office sign my Learning Agreement?
The International Office will sign your learning agreement as the Institutional Coordinator after the Departmental Coordinator has approved and signed your learning agreement. The departmental coordinator is your academic coordinator and or advisor at the department. Use the University phone book to find their contact details. Please contact the International Office or the relevant department if you do not know who your departmental coordinator is.
4. When can I see my grades?
It may take several weeks for a grade to be published by your department. You are welcome to contact the exam administrator at the relevant department for further information. You can see the list of exam administrators here.
5. Where can I see my grades?
It varies from department to department. Some departments publish the grades at KUnet. You are welcome to contact the exam administrator or the teacher at the relevant department for further information. You can see the list of exam administrators here.
6. How will I get my transcript of records?
Your transcript of records will be issued when all your exam results have been registered by the departments at the University of Copenhagen.
7. When will you send me my transcript of records?
It may take 8 weeks for the international office to issue a transcript once the grades have been entered in the student database by your department.
