Application procedure

In order for you to be admitted you need to have a qualifying bachelor’s degree or another qualifying degree at the same level.

The application procedure depends on your citizenship and educational background:

Were all qualified applicants admitted?

  • 2017: Yes
ARE YOU A CITIZEN IN DENMARK, EU, EEA OR SWITZERLAND?
ARE YOU A CITIZEN IN A COUNTRY OUTSIDE EU, EEA OR SWITZERLAND?

Prioritisation of applicants

The programme accepts a maximum of 60 students.

Selection criteria

If the number of qualified applicants to the programme exceeds the number of places available, applicants will be prioritised as follows:

  1. Bachelor's degree with legal right of admission.
  2. Applicants with a Bachelor's deggree in Natural Resources with a specialisation in Environmental Science, Nature Management or Environmental Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
  3. Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree within the field of natural resources or a Bachelor’s degree within related areas.
  4. Other applicants.

If the number of qualified applicants within a category exceeds the number of places available, applicants will be prioritised according to the following criteria (listed below in prioritised order):

  • Academic qualifications and relevance of their study program, i.e. ECTS credits acquired within the three areas; biology, plant science or ecology, natural resources and economics or regulation.
