Application Procedure

In order for you to be admitted to MSc in Forest and Nature Management you need to have a relevant Bachelor’s degree or another relevant degree at the same level. Is it free of charge for all applicants to apply for admission.

How you apply

The application procedure depends on your citizenship and educational background:

Are you a citizen in the EU, EEA or Switzerland?

Are you a citizen in a country outside EU, EEA or Switzerland?

Prioritisation of applicants

If the number of qualified applicants to the programme exceeds the number of places available, applicants will be prioritised as follows:

  1. Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources with the specialisation in Nature Management from the University of Copenhagen seeking admission by way of direct extension of their completed BSc programme.
  2. Applicants with a closely related Bachelor's degree.
  3. Applicants with a related Bachelor's degree.
  4. Other applicants.

If the number of qualified applicants within a category exceeds the number of places available, applicants will be prioritised according to the following criteria (listed below in prioritised order):

  • Average grade and relevance of qualifying Bachelor’s degree, in particular the inclusion/coverage of the three sustainability dimensions (ecology, economy, society)
