Tuition fee

  • Non-EU/EEA Citizens are required to pay tuition which is DKK 150,000 for the entire programme. Tuition will be paid in four instalments and levied prior to commencement of each semester.
  • In case you hold a permanent residence permit in Denmark or a temporary residence permit with a view to permanent residency in Denmark you are not eligible for payment of tuition.
  • In case you hold an EU/EEA or Swiss citizenship, you are not eligible for payment of tuition.
  • In case you hold a dual citizenship and one of them is EU/EEA or Swiss you will not be eligible for payment of tuition.

Scholarships and loans

All non-EU/EEA/Swiss applicants will be assessed for the Danish Governmental Scholarship. The scholarship covers all tuition fees pertaining to the programme and includes a monthly stipend. The scholarship is awarded based on your grades and your letter of motivation. The Danish Governmental Scholarship is the only scholarship available to international master's degree students at the University of Copenhagen.
