If you have studied at the University of Copenhagen and want to be readmitted to the same degree programme, you must remember that:

  • it must be at least five months since you were disenrolled Consequently, you must be disenrolled from the degree programme on 1 April at the latest in order to apply for readmission in the same year for commencement of studies on 1 September.

  • If you were disenrolled from the degree programme or were unable to continue your studies, for example because you had used all of your exam attempts, you must upload documentation specifying that your ability to complete the degree programme has improved significantly. You can only be admitted if we assess that you are able to complete the degree programme, or if the content of the degree programme has been significantly changed.
Fill in this form and upload the receipt that you receive in your email to your application for readmission in the Application Portal. If you apply for dispensation due to illness or anything else you can document, you must remember to upload documentation along with the receipt.

  • As a general rule, your passed exams, exam attempts, academic progress requirements (and used monthly grant portions (SU)) will be transferred even though you are starting all over again on the degree programme. If you were previously enrolled on an earlier curriculum, some passed courses may not qualify for transfer to the new curriculum.
