Registration for Courses and Exams
Below you will find an overview of the course and exam registration procedures for exchange students at the Faculties. The information is just meant as a guideline. There may be updated informaton from the Faculties which has not reached the International Office. Therefore, if you have any doubts or questions, please send an email to the contact persons listed below. Please also use the contact details if you have questions regarding re-examinations.
Medicine
Course Registration: Students apply for courses via their on-line application. Deadlines are October 1 for the spring term and May 1 for the fall term. Students admitted to Medicine will receive an email from the department with their course registration details.
Exam Registration Deadline: Students are automatically signed up for the exams when the Faculty has signed up their international medical students for the courses.

Public Health Science
Course Registration Deadline: Students admitted to Public Health Science will receive an email from the department with course registration details.
Exam Registration Period: 15 August to 15 September (Autumn Semester) and 15 January to 15 February (Spring Semester).

Veterinary Science
Course Registration: Students admitted to the Faculty will receive an email with details about how to register for courses before the registration deadline.
Exam Registration: When you are registered for a course, you will automatically be registered for the exam.

Anthropology
Course Registration Deadline: The 1th of December (Spring Semester), and the 1th of June (Autumn Semester). Registration after these deadlines is possible, but the chances of getting into the courses are reduced after this deadline.

Economics
Course Registration: You have to register for courses. You will receive an email from the Department of Economics describing how to do it. You can also find the email at the homepage of the Department of Economics.
Exam Registration: If you complete your course registration as described, then you will automatically be registered for the exam.

Political Science
Course Registration: All International students must fill in a form for courses and exams. Download here.
Exam Registration Deadline: August (Autumn Semester) and January (Spring Semester).

Psychology
Course Registration Deadline: 1 August (Autunm Semester) and 1 January (Spring Semester)
How: Students admitted to the Department of Psychology will receive an email from the department with course registration details.

Sociology
Course Registration Deadline: 1 June (Autunm Semester) and 1 December (Spring Semester). You are strongly advised to register before the deadline since registration is made on a "first come first serve basis". Should you miss the deadlines, please contact us anyhow at exchange@soc.ku.dk and we'll try to help you.
