Welcome page and login choice
The first page of the online application portal is the welcome page. At the top of this page, you can choose whether you want to access the portal in Danish or English. You can also open an online text guide, by clicking on the question mark at the rightmost edge.
To get access to the application portal, you have three different options on how to log in.
- Log in: If you have an intranet login from the University of Copenhagen, you can use this as you login for the portal by clicking on "Log in" and selecting the University of Copenhagen in the list of options.
- Log in as self-registered user: If you click on "Log in as self-registered user", you can use a previously created user profile from the portal as your login. This option requires you to have created a user profile already, which you can read about below.
- Log in with NemID: The page gives you the option of logging in with a Danish NemID login, but this is not something we recommend unless you have no other option, as it makes it more difficult for us to determine the origin of your user information.
Generally speaking, we recommend that you log in with an institution login if you are already a student at UCPH, and that you create a self-registered profile if you are not.
