Specialisations

There are two specialisations and a general profile at the MSc Programme in Food Science and Technology:

Dairy Science and Technology

This specialisation provide you with knowledge about process technologies that convert raw milk into a variety of nutritious products. You will understand how the individual processes affect the product and will become knowledgeable about the whole production chain giving you an in-depth understanding of the effect of the processes on quality.

Brewing Science and Technology

During the specialisation you will, among other things, gain knowledge on the entire beer production technology, from malthouse, brewhouse, fermenting, filtering, packaging and on to energy supply, environmental conditions and brewery project planning.

General Profile in Food Science and Technology

In the general profile, you can design a programme of your own.
