Before you apply to the master's degree programme in Global Health, please make sure to acquaint yourself with all the important information on the application procedure, application deadlines and details about how to apply.
Prioritisation of applicants
The programme accepts a maximum of 40 students. One third of the seats may be reserved for students from countries outside the EU/EEA.
When selecting the students, the Admissions Committee focuses on overall academic achievements (grades, the relevancy of the degree and courses), CV (research experience, professionally relevant stays abroad), as well as the letter of motivation.
Limitation on second degrees
According to the Danish Admission Order, applicants who have already completed a Danish master’s degree (2-year) can only be admitted 6 year after finishing the master’s degree. Please study the rules for holding a second degree when applying for a MSc programme at the University of Copenhagen.
Applicants with a non-Danish master’s degree can be admitted to the MSc programme one the same terms as other applicants.
Please note that admission requirement is based solely upon an applicant’s bachelor’s degree.
