Tuition fees

Guest students from outside the EU/EEA/Switzerland are required to pay tuition fees for short-term, non-degree studies at UCPH.

The tuition fee depends on the field of study. If you apply for courses in more than one department, the fee will be determined by the most expensive category. For instance, if you are admitted to Humanities and Law, you will pay the Law tuition fee, which is more expensive.

The tuition fee must be paid immediately upon request. It is not possible to enrol and register for courses before the tuition fee has been paid in full.

We cannot send your letter of admission and residence permit application form (ST1) before the tuition fee has been paid and registered by our finance department.

A refund of tuition fees is only possible if the student cancels his/her study place before the start of the semester.
